Over a decade ago, I started at Jacuzzi. Not in an office. At the dock, learning delivery. Then repair. Then service. Then figuring out why a customer's heater wasn't cycling right at two in the morning because that's when people panic about their spas. I learned every part, every brand quirk, every way water chemistry could go sideways. I watched techs upsell parts that didn't need replacing. I saw customers get left hanging, unsure when their repair would happen or why it cost so much.
I moved into sales and management. Got better at understanding the business side. But the frustration didn't fade. There had to be a better way to treat customers. A way that honored the money and time they invested in their hot tubs. A way that wasn't transactional. So I started IronManHotTubs to do exactly that. To bring real technical knowledge, honest recommendations, and a respect for what customers actually needed instead of what we could sell.

Hands-on experience beats credentials on a wall. I've worked on Jacuzzi, Hydropool, Artesian, Master Spas, Maple Spas, and more.
